What warranties are available?

Please note this estimator is suitable for Commercial / Government / Light Industrial buildings only. For Heavy Industry or Special Buildings, please contact Steel Direct on 1800 800 789 or email: steeldirect@bluescopesteel.com

How to use

  1. Simply select a BlueScope product from the drop down menu eg. COLORBOND® steel
  2. Choose your closest marine influence using the marine dial eg. Calm.
  3. Using the slider, move the arrow to the distance that the building is located from the marine influence eg. 500m.
  4. The diagram will estimate what warranties are available for your chosen BlueScope product.
  5. The warranty period shown below is for corrosion to perforation or structural failure depending upon the application.
  6. Pre-painted products may also receive a warranty against paint flake & peel. Where applicable this would match the corrosion warranty but only to a maximum period of 20 years (excludes Garage Doors).

* All warranty periods are conditional on other factors being met.
